Two men died in the shooting, which police believe resulted from an argument in the parking lot of Little Caesars on Blue Ridge Boulevard in south Kansas City.

KCPD said the incident happened near E. 87th Street and Blue Ridge Boulevard just after 7:30 p.m. According to police, officers were called to the area on reports of a shooting. When those officers arrived, they found two men with gunshot wounds. EMS was called, and both men were pronounced dead at the scene.

Kansas City police said detectives aren't looking for a suspect, but are working to determine what led to the shooting.
