Philadelphia School District has canceled all Monday classes and the city said all government offices will be closed. Gov. Phil Murphy has declared a state of emergency in seven South Jersey counties.

Snow began falling early Monday morning across Philadelphia, its suburbs, as well as New Jersey and Delaware. Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs are expected to get 3 to 5 inches of snow, while Southern New Jersey and parts of Delaware could see closer to 8 inches,
