Giants president and CEO John Mara released a statement affirming his and chairman Steve Tisch's belief in the current regime to turn things around.

Giants co-owner John Mara said in late October he expected to bring Brian Daboll back, and he stayed true to his words despite mounting pressure.

Daboll insisted that he still believes in the people and processes in place despite the Giants falling to their worst record in its 100-year history.
