According to a report by Pakistani outlet Geo News, the ICC have reportedly informed the BCCI that they need a written explanation as to why they have refused to travel to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy 2025.

In case India refuses to travel to Pakistan for any reason, another team may come in as replacement, local news quoted sources.
