Firefighters are getting closer to taming a wildfire burning across the New Jersey-New York border, increasing their encirclement of the hard-to-access blaze.

The Jennings Creek wildfire is now 90% contained since it started burning last week, the New Jersey Forest Fire Service says.

Capital Region firefighters have volunteered to travel down to Orange County to help fight the immense Jennings Creek Wildfire.
